Job Summary

The Senior Credit and Collections Analyst will work closely with the Credit Manager and assist in the following areas:

  • Collection of past-due accounts

  • General A/R administrative support

  • Monitoring and enhancing Credit and Collections group projects and processes

  • Reviewing and releasing sales orders related to spares

  • Assigning payment terms for service centers

  • Managing customer credit lines

  • Analyzing Accounts Receivable Aging Reports

Principal Duties

  • Assist the Credit Manager with past-due account collections across various locations

  • Help in the periodic review and analysis of Accounts Receivable Aging reports

  • Support the preparation of monthly A/R reports

  • Assist in evaluating bad debt accounts on a regular basis

  • Review and release sales orders placed on credit hold

  • Collaborate with A/R teams and inside representatives to resolve customer payment discrepancies and disputes

  • Perform administrative tasks and manage ad-hoc projects as requested by management

Non-Principal Duties

  • Complete NACM reporting requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in Credit/Collections or within an accounting environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field

  • Knowledge of SAP is desirable

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent time and project management skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Additional Desired Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish or French

  • Knowledge of the aviation industry

Working Conditions

  • Office environment requiring the use of telephone, personal computer, fax, and copier
